It has been over a year since the final episode of the first season was released, and fans are eagerly awaiting the next installment. Is the anime being renewed? Continue reading to find out.
Redo of Healer is returning with a second season
The anime studio TNK and the producers have not yet confirmed that the show will be renewed for a second series. Everyone expected an announcement soon after the end of the first season on March 31, 2021. Unfortunately, it didn’t happen.
Rui Tsukiyo (the writer of the light novel) also tweeted that the second season was not yet confirmed shortly after the finale of season 1. He tweeted: “Thanks for watching Redo of Healer’s final episode!” Redo of the Healer world, bye-bye!
“Unfortunately, the second series has not been confirmed. However, it appears that they are looking into it. Please support us to make it possible! The tweet said that if the second season is confirmed, you will be able to see it soon.”
The manga series is currently at 11 volumes. The latest volume was released on August 10. There is plenty of material available to cover the anime. This seems like a good sign for renewal. Sentai Filmworks has licensed the anime outside Japan.
