My goal is to improve my floor exercises. Although I enjoy the rower/treadmill, when I get to the floor, I have an “let’s just try this” attitude. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it does make me want to do the job, especially when I see the burpees on my screen.
Another solution would be to continue to beat benchmarks, even if it is 0.1 seconds.
